a love for bbq grew into a love of sharing bbq

As someone that has traveled the U.S. for more than half of my life, I made sure to take advantage of some great opportunities with meals found up North, far West, to the East and down South.

One of my favorite meals to experience has always been BBQ. The smell of charcoal and smoked woods. The sound of the sizzle.

From that love I decided to try to bring the experience home and took a very serious approach. Lots of note taking and many taste testers volunteering for free meals.

My goal wasn’t just to cook a piece of meat to the correct temperature, but to create something I could recreate time and time again. My goal wasn’t to get lucky and make a great rack of ribs. My goal was to create a taste that you would think about for days, weeks and months later. I want for you to experience those same flavors every visit.

This goal has not only been achieved but I am now able to share one of these flavors, and that flavor is my personal Dry Rub Seasoning.
