A lifetime of travel, a lifetime of taste.
For over a decade I have shared my brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken wings… etc, out of the love of sharing an experience of foods from locations that I knew many people would never get the chance to experience in person. I made the attempt to bring the taste home and then the hobby evolved into a passion. Lots of note taking, lots of pictures filed, lots of charts and graphs.
More recently, I began sharing my seasonings and the responses became demands. Now, I have been given the opportunity to share with even more people and here I am… putting in the work to share with you.
I am now offering my Original K2 Dry Rub, which I created specifically for my ribs and chicken wings (but is now used by many others for many other things). I also have plans currently in the works to begin offering a wider variety of flavors, ranging from dark, to citrus, to exotic. Coming Soon.
