A slight variation of the original K2 MINUS the salt.

That’s right, only 189mg of salt per bag, but still plenty of flavor.

A request for a low salt seasoning was asked of me recently and I realized the importance this option could be for so many.

I personally tested the recipe on some thick cut pork chops and my guests were pleasantly surprised by the flavor difference. It wasn’t a matter of whether it lost any salt flavor but it genuinely became a quality flavor of its own and the omission of salt isn’t even a factor.

It’s simply its own taste and surprisingly it was a high quality flavor you’d never guess was missing a key element for grilling such as salt.

We are looking forward to begin the experimentation of this flavor on more meals in the future and excited to see what everyone else will use this seasoning on.
